We run by appointment only for vet and nurse consultations so please call ahead or use the myBuddy pet app to book in. During our opening hours our team are always available to triage emergencies as needed. Please note that the vet is always contactable but not always on site so please call ahead if you have an emergency so we can be prepared for your arrival.

Out of Hours Emergencies
If you require veterinary attention outside of our usual working hours please call our usual number and you will be directed to one of our emergency call handlers.
Out of hours care is provided by our emergency out of hours partners, The Emergency Veterinary Service, situated in Rowe Veterinary Hospital (Bradley House, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 9DT).
Please be aware that there is an emergency consultation charge if your pet needs seeing. This might be covered by your insurance if you have a policy in place. Payment, or a deposit if an insurance claim will be made, will be required at the time of appointment.
Please also be aware that, due to staffing of night shifts and in-patient requirements, home visits are rarely able to be accommodated and only in very exceptional circumstances so it is worth making a plan for emergency travel with your pet before the need arises.
