Under the spotlight
We have a fully equipped theatre to enable us to perform a wide range of surgeries, from routine to emergency. We perform most soft tissue surgeries in house, for example, neutering, exploratory laparotomies, emergency caesareans, bladder stone removal and much more.
For some specialist operations we have visiting surgeons in so that you do not need to take your pet to an unfamiliar practice. For more specialist procedures, such as orthopaedics, we have a close relationship with a number of referral hospitals. We will always discuss all options with you should your pet require an operation to give you peace of mind and make sure you and your pet are in the safest hands possible.
Did you know?
We usually perform 2-3 routine operations per day during the week.
We aim to get your pet home to you on the same day as their operation but do have the option of overnight care with our out-of-hours provider when required.
If you sign up to our MyBuddyPetApp we can send you photo updates whilst your pet is in with us through the day while you’re missing them.
Our anaesthetic protocols have been developed with the help of a specialist anaesthetist to ensure they are as safe as possible.
